美国数学学会（American Mathematical Society，简称AMS）成立于1888年，拥有2.8万名会员。该学会提供覆盖了自1940年以来世界范围数学文献的MathSciNet数据库；美国数学学会的期刊主要分为四大类，分别是研究型期刊、会员期刊、翻译期刊、代理期刊，截止到2018年共25种期刊；AMS出版物包括数学评论（Mathematical Reviews）及多种专业期刊和图书。
